to you in label or digital format.
Our
labels are user friendly and professional. Simply
peel them off the backing and stick them on to your
card or envelope.
Should
you opt for digital format, you have the option of
receiving them via E-Mail or on diskette via USPS.
Our standard format for both is "aske comma delimited"
or "CSV". Both are user friendly and easily
imported into virtually any database or mail merge
software. Our experts will even help you if you have
difficulty.

geographical area can also be fully customized. You can
choose from individual zip codes to entire counties. We
can also run convenient radius' areas from 1 mile to 100
miles or more. Simply tell our associate your needs and
we will get it done!
A
number of selects within geographies are also available.
You may exclude or include condos, various ethnicities,
cost of homes or loan amounts. Feel free to ask about our
various selects or even get recommendations from our sales
associates.
Backlists
are also available. As a compiler of new home purchase data,
we maintain the most comprehensive database of homeowners
in the country. Purged monthly, based on new home purchases,
our backlist of homeowners is the most accurate in the country.
Other
selects may be available upon request. Please note that
some special requests may require an initial set-up fee.
